What You Can Do

What can you do to obtain the same low water bill as 10,000 of your fellow Millcreek residents and businesses now enjoy?

Contact the Millcreek Township Supervisors and request the following:

1. That the Millcreek Water system be leased to the Erie Water Works for one dollar per year and your account turned over to them so you can receive the same low rates, pure non-well water and service as 10,000 other Millcreek residences and businesses have been receiving for years.

2. That the Millcreek Water Authority be restructured as an advisory authority to oversee this change and monitor any problems with the new system once it is in place.

3. Attend a Millcreek Township Supervisor’s meeting and speak up. These are held every Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at the Township building. The fourth Tuesday of the month the meeting is at 7:00 p.m.

Contact the members of the Millcreek Water Authority Board. They are dedicated volunteers. Thank them for their service and respectfully request that they do the following:

1. Vote to lease the Millcreek water system to the Erie Water Works for one dollar per year and turn your account over to the Erie Water Works so you can receive the same low rates, pure non-well water and service as 10,000 other Millcreek residences and businesses have been receiving for years.

2. Vote to restructure themselves as an advisory authority to oversee this change and monitor any problems with the new system once it is in place.
